We hear your concerns about the workload, client cancellations, tips, and scheduling. To help address these, we’ve recently increased our hourly rates and moved to weekly pay to ensure more frequent payouts. We have also arranged for cash tips to be distributed daily. Additionally, management has been focusing on reviewing scheduling practices to ensure adequate breaks and create a more balanced workflow.
