      - Profit sharing criteria was not shared, so number seemed completely arbitrary - Micro-management from Team Leader, constantly - Team Leader says they’re open to new ideas, but consistently shuts them down, and does not follow up on requests - Salary is not competitive for the amount of work that is given to you - Where the organization currently sits, there was little to no room for advancement
