Young crowd. Very friendly people. Great benefits and vacation time. Company parties. Good company to get a quick 1-2 year experience with (they will not try to keep you if you resign).
Svantaggi
Very high turn-over. Very top heavy. Do not expect to grow. Little to no training for any department. Managers are often inexperienced and over-paid. Company salary are not at all competitive and fall very short of expectations. The Japanese are rewarded while everyone else watches, no matter what their work experience is.
