- Highly transferable skillset to pick up at a small-ish company. It's an amazing place to learn. If you love electronics, software, and linux, I don't think there is a better company for you. - Solid comp. Exceptional PTO, bonuses, and insurance. - Fair remote policy and accommodating management. They trust you to make your own judgements, which is a big deal. - Creative and talented engineers. Passionate about what they do.

- Location. It's a good place to raise your kids or retire, but not for me. - Sometimes management is a bit too hands off. It can be too easy to go off the radar which makes you feel underutilized if you don't speak up. Some people enjoy getting paid to sit around. I don't. - Does not compensate as well as Apple.

Working here felt like a second home to me because my coworkers were always easy to talk to and also helpful. The company was also very understanding about me having to take time off in order to help my mother who was very ill.

When working I’m assembly some of the work was difficult as far as pieces fitting together. Sometimes the paint was too thick so we had to rework.
