The favoritism is astounding. Management is blatantly disrespectful, and if you’re not a handsome young guy, you don’t stand a chance. If you try to stand your ground, and challenge them, be prepared to be put on the worst routes possible. They are always hiring barely fresh out of high school that don’t know any better. Also they cut your days whenever they feel like under the guise of “voluntary time off”
