Almost monthly unnecessary changes that make streamlining the work extremely difficult. Management not communicating with employees for feedback. No unity between departments, each department and/or individuals will give as little information as possible and then hurry to pass that task on to another department so that the issue is not the individuals problem anymore. Management attitude is not professional and very sarcastic making you feel as though they are unapproachable. They will tell you otherwise however “Perception is reality” meaning what management says greatly differs from what their attitude suggests. Good employees being ruined by bad management.
