It is such a toxic work environment. There are more people leaving than onboarding. I’ve never dealt with such poor management. You are lucky if you get an answer within a week when you ask a question. The billing process is laughable. Often customers always get charged incorrectly and they make the salesmen take the time to fix it. ALCIVIA burns employees out. They let too many employees go and expect the few people that are left to pick up the slack without any extra compensation or appreciation.
