Pretty good benefits package and pay. Store employees work really hard and most go above and beyond due to lack of staffing.

Overworked !!! No job security. Less than 5 minority store managers in Division. No African American store managers in the Dayton market in at least 10 years. Director only promotes and hires people who look like him. District Managers just kiss the directors butt. People are not treated fairly. Store managers don't have the backbone to stand up and do the right thing. I wouldn't be surprised if a big lawsuit is forecoming. Training is horrible!!! .
