You won't be treated with respect without a sufficiently important enough title, so expect to be regularly talked down to ignored or insulted by middle & top management. Business approach is intensively restrictive so prepare to either stop thinking or have any proactive activities cut off or taken over by someone else who is more popular with leadership. Culture of lies, no transparency or honesty.
