Great benefits, inexpensive insurances, gives raises and is not "cheap" about it. Clean, something is always going on, dedicated break space, pays for time traveled and miles, and more

some shifts can be tough given the type of workload required to work at ALDI, typically not many people run the entire store, so efficiency is key. Don't expect to have standing time here, though this is not a realistic con at all. It's a great thing!
