Store manager is under a lot of stress Store manager picked on me Head office is in Canada with no connection or proper communication to international stores Manager refused a reference which was needed for 2 VERY IMPORTANT reasons just because they couldnt be bothered The quality is AWFUL! No work life balance No consideration Long non optional 12/15 hour shifts Unorganised everything Old till system that crash constantly Refused by district manager when I tried to put in a grievence Holiday is pathetic You are put down by not reaching KPI's No support system Honestly I could go on but I want Aldo HR To read this and contact me about the awful experience and the petty excuse of a manager!! Bye ALDO never again!!!!!
