Constant travel in your own vehicle with very little to no compensation. Will have you pick up materials for jobs on your own time not compensated. You will drive to multiple jobs sites in the same day with no pay for drive time in between jobs. May ask you to buy materials for jobs and reimburse you at the end of the week. You are required to do your own timesheets during the week and you will get shorted on hours. You will be required to spend endless time on the phone communicating with project managers and expected to get the job done in a timely manner with half the supplies you need. Make sure you take your 30 minutes for lunch cause they will take it out of your check regardless. They don’t offer any benefits or even direct deposit so you will have to deposit a paper check on Friday and even if your off for some reason that day the boss will not write up your check until at least 3:30 or 4:00 pm.
