Pay is a point based system. They constantly find ways to tilt the system against you. Most employees make the state minimum wage. Crazy long hours. At least 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Management is always telling all the employees how good the job is, and how replaceable they all are. Turnover is the highest of any job I have ever worked. This includes multiple fast food restaurants. Bad insurance, unmatched 401K with little to no say in how it is invested.
