      I have been working for Geno at AM Navigator for about 3 months. Geno is an very nice and easy to communicate with. Since I am new to AM Navigator and relatively new to the industry I am learning something every day. Geno and my other colleagues have been very helpful in providing tools and sharing their knowledge and best practices with me. In terms of salary, it can vary depending on your status, as a full-time employee my salary has been fair and includes performance based incentives. I appreciate those opportunities which motivate and benefit me and the company as well. AM Navigator prides itself on work-life balance. With a family I appreciate the flexibility provided. Overall, AM Navigator is a great place to work. Geno is a genuine person who cares deeply for his employees and clients and is there for them every step of the way.

      I've been working for AM Navigator for over a year, and all I can say: It's been a wonderful experience. First of all, Geno is extremely supportive of the team and makes sure that managers are equipped with both tools, and knowledge needed to manage affiliate programs on the highest levels. Besides providing AM Navigator affiliate managers with all possible support and guidance, Geno sets a great personal example with attention to details, timely communication, clear requirements, and overall excellence in every aspect. This provides you with an opportunity to constantly develop and grow as a professional. Another extremely important benefit of working at AM Navigator is: the work/life balance. As a single mom of two kids I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work flexible hours from various locations. Overall, working at AM Navigator is definitely THE best and most useful professional experience that can happen to any affiliate manager!
