      Sometimes DSMs can micromanage performance, which adds unnecessary stress sometimes, especially if you are consistently performing over target. All store managers are required to work 6 days a week for the month of December.

      Everything else…. It is not the greatest at appreciating employees hard work, they pay is not really aligned with other companies out there, overworked all the time and not being heard
