Supervisors and bosses are 'old school' network and survive on 'brown envelopes'. The amount of mobbing and bullying is terrible here. There is definitive cliques and heierarchies resembling old school Reichs or Regimes ! Of the hundreds of people working there, only a small handful are happy. The industry is suffering really badly with other companies releasing thousands of staff so AMAC staff simply cannot leave as there is nowhere else to go ! Upper management ard corrupt and accept bribes from clients to hide information from the authorities and even the customs officers get 'paid off' by visiting aircraft. Just look at how many of the Grenzwach officers are wearing Rolex watches !
