Great boss, excellent work environment, tons of experience, excellent benefits. The work was challenging and educational.

The drive was a bit harsh. I really have nothing bad to say about AMASE.

The pay is ok, no overtime work, small firm mentality, no-nonsense boss/owner who is a fair guy in many respects, great place to start your engineering career. You are going to be given tough work from the get go.

theres nowhere to go once youre an engineer, youre either going to be doing the same thing for years or decades, or youre not going to work there at all. No professional growth whatsoever.
