- Managers consistently waltz around looking for excuses to hand out Disciplinary Warnings for the most menial issues - Rampant Favoritism - VERY high turnover rate. Associates were terminated for atrocious reasons such as not cleaning fast enough despite being understaffed, not selling enough AMC stubs (which is a lame program in itself), and opening your mouth to contradict the power hungry managers. - Low employee morale.
