Good side job if your in school but you won't make much money or get many hours at all look to get 4-20 hours a week if lucky, sometimes none at all. Company outings. Good summer or short term job, don't look to make much money or progress through the company fast.

Management (do not like confrontation or to tell people if they do something wrong, lack of communication on promotions going on, don't really help when it's busy), pay, raises are only 0-20cents a year, no discounts on popcorn or drinks, forced breaks or to leave early even if you don't have to during your schedule, managers talk bad about employees to everyone else, favoritism, lack of leadership.
