Minimum wage, terrible hours (once had to work 8 hour shift til midnight, then open at 9 am) and regularly worked until 3 am, highly stressful workload especially during the premiere of popular movies, demanding customers. Because ticket and food prices are so high, customers expect exceptional service even though virtually all employees are paid minimum wage. Management expected a lot from employees and could be highly critical of work, even though it was not often constructive criticism. Was never given any opportunity other than breaktime to sit down and feet were always in serious pain.
