Poor Training, poor management - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso AMC Entertainment

There is no motivation to do well. Management treat the employees like crap. They provide very little to no training at all. Nothing works the way it should from lighting to heat/AC systems. Constant customer complaints. Long hours. Grossly understaffed. Poor pay. Must work weekends and holidays often until 2am or later. Management has no common sense. Worst job I have ever had.
