The work environment is casual and you can pretty much set your own hours as long as you deliver on your individual commitments and attend key meetings.

The company stock price could be a bit higher to make company stock rewards more valuable. If AMD can "make the turn" and Rory Read says, then AMD will be back on track with Wall Street.
