Upper management has impossible demands of the workforce, and discriminates against people of color, those with mental illness or disabilities (such as anxiety/depression and autism), and a large majority of the workforce is unfriendly toward people who are different from fashion to sexual/romantic orientation. Physically, the environment is safe and kept up to standard, but emotionally the company proved a very unsafe space to spend 8+ hours in.
