* CEO does not have clue how to run company! Hire and fire mentality just read all the reviews online. Look at his background, god knows how he started this company! Is involved in all aspects of daily ops instead of managing and growing the company! * Toxic work environment, no flexibility, cheap coffee, no meetings rooms, loud office, no work life balance! * Teams have meetings on video at their desks, even though all team members are in the office sitting next to each other! That tells you everything about the culture. * Company equipment is outdated and from 2017 * Product is awful, outdated, graduates leading development *Started in 2014 and 11 years later London office is still less than 20 employees!! Has not been able to grow after decade purely because of CEO and management style and team. * Worst company you will ever work for, save yourselves the trouble and stay away, far away!!
