This place will burn you out quickly and should be temporarily closed. They are so short staffed , yet they accept many highly acute patients despite the staff they have. There have been patients who have tried to kill themselves due to lack of supervision because their is no one to watch them. The managers do not listen to employee concerns and play favorites . Other units were treated differently then mine. Mine was micromanaged while other workers got the same pay for half the micromanaged work that I completed ....JCAHO came and almost did a full blown audit on my unit because things were so disorganized and chaotic. You will be worked to death,
