Management treats staff like children, always assuming grown, educated, professionals are going to be slacking off or take advantage like adolescent students. SPD cannot keep up. Common to not have any trays sterile in time. Often have bio burden. Used to always have holes in wrappers but Finally fixed that. Disorganized. Slow. Staff expected to work btwn at least two Amita hospital: ‘one OR two campuses’ for not incentive when staff registry gets paid 3x as much to do the same. Director has no OR experience so can’t make good decisions for the staff. Assigns high risk staff work on covid floors. They pay new hires with 2-4 yrs exp more than those with 30-40 yrs
