      Management was bloated. I went through both phase 1 and 2 of the mergers and there are too many mid level managers doing the same jobs.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
