      Amazing co-workers with a great team work mentality.

      Poor staffing ratios. Always short staff. Always calling and texting you on your days off to come in.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
