My experience with AMN’s hiring and onboarding process has been truly best-in-class. Communication was clear and timely, expectations were well managed, and I felt respected throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the people-centered culture. AMN doesn’t just talk about values—you can feel them in how they engage with candidates and new team members. Like many large organizations, priorities could shift quickly, making it challenging to balance competing initiatives. Communication between departments could sometimes be improved, and decision-making occasionally took longer than expected because of the size of the organization.
