My experience with AMN’s hiring and onboarding process has been truly best-in-class. Like many large organizations, priorities could shift quickly, making it challenging to balance competing initiatives. Communication between departments could sometimes be improved, and decision-making occasionally took longer than expected because of the size of the organization.
