-They let an entire team of recruiters randomly work on ALL of the reqs so people are constantly stepping on each others' toes.
-They have THREE of their brands harassing doctors out of the SAME database lol Who's idea was that? Probably my trainer's idea - he doesn't know what LinkedIn Recruiter is :-)
-They verbally offered me more money than what was in my offer letter (which they wouldnt give me until the FOURTH day of my onsite training) and never fixed it. They solely rely on making a million phone calls and don't encourage additional sourcing.
-Leaders panic & get defensive at the first sight of professional push back (They were defensive when we couldnt find a conference room for our meeting and I suggested everyone just video in from their desk - they looked at me like I was from outer space and canceled the meeting instead.
This is a first recruiting job for a lot of the employees so they don't know any better - my heart goes out to them because they deserve better. Well, I think that paints a relatively accurate picture.
