Toxic work environment, management plays favorites, new ceo and VP of credentialing made promises to employees about the future of growth and how well the company was doing and then decided to surprise half of the department by laying us off. Some were given a 30-60 day notice while others were told that day was their last with absolutely NO notice. Their reasoning didn’t add up as to why certain people were laid off while others were kept to continue working. The “severance package” they offered was a complete joke and insulting to say the least. They also blackballed many with pay or while looking for opportunities to grow. No work/life balance. You were expected to complete the work of 3 people within an 8 hr day and god forbid you worked overtime. To only be asked why certain things weren’t done …umm ma’am we’re not robots.
