Inexperienced management. Lack industry understanding. Promote inexperienced people to key roles. Culture is driven by fear and micromanagement. Horrible place to work since new CEO took over. Mass exedus at exec level is telling

Like many large organizations, priorities could shift quickly, making it challenging to balance competing initiatives. Communication between departments could sometimes be improved, and decision-making occasionally took longer than expected because of the size of the organization.
