Good place to work and has a good vibe

Its in Lehi and traffic sucks

The people in general wanted to work together as a team. There was a lot of events together at least once a month where they go out in the "field" and reach out in rural areas for people who are not as saturated with the solar industry.

The main leader in my local area was very great at being able to perform at a high level. unfortunately they were unable to talk/mentor/help others reach their own personal and professional goals and was only interested in their own well being. People had to learn and self-teach, and for those coming from other backgrounds it can be a brutal sink or swim situation.
