Lots of problem solving deadlines requires immediate attention.

Only pro is they offer decent pay rate to get you in the door. Once in the door good luck on ever getting a raise or promotion. All you will get is more work from people who left their work undone.

Arrogant, classless owner who’d rather keep half his family on the payroll than employees that are actually productive and trying to make him money. Some employees are given “titles” that aren’t deserved or earned and they are no way experienced enough for the title. You have employees completely taking advantage by milking hours “claiming” to be working on projects that never seem to get done. Some employees don’t contribute anything to the success of the company yet still collect a paycheck while others are let go or “laid off” that are busting their butts at their jobs. Don’t pay their vendors, are in debt up to their necks.
