Dispatch gets paid more when they sit for hours with big flat screen televisions who don’t care about your wellbeing, have had them mess up calls where patient weights were big factors and they get no reprimand. No regard for the other partner, might have kids to take care of but didn’t care at all. Also receive major attitude from dispatch if you’re having issues due to the unsafe equipment the company provides.
