Some of our processes can be immature, which means you need to do a lot of your own problem-solving and have to have the initiative to ask for help. If you're in sales, you do need to be motivated to "get out and do it" yourself. Our technical and marketing teams do a great job providing us with tools, but it's your job to pick up the hammer so to speak. Leadership implicitly trusts their team to get out and do the work: don't expect a lot of hand-holding or micro-managing here. Works for some, not for all.
