      - Racist - If you are anything besides caucasian you have two strikes already - Selective politics (Meaning certain rules apply certain days when they feel like it) - Mandatory overtime every month - They switch your schedule 24/7 (so don't make any plans) - You leave late everyday( sometimes hours) - The males are overworked - No room for growth, they'll have hire off the street before hiring within the company - Management/Floor leads talk to you like you are the scum of the earth - No teamwork - Low morale
