* lacks the same vision across all management * growing very rapidly, which can be painful, but is manageable

PA Ave location seemed to care the most. Boxwood very organized.

Adams County location is awful. Poor management. Poor safety. Overall the owner of the company does not care about employees, just profit. Violations everywhere.
