Management has asked over the years that employees ride out the storm. Profitability will return, just need the next great product. Problem is they keep making the same mistakes and fall behind and once again late to market. Cancelling another failed program. At this point management scrambles to ensure the golden parachutes can be paid out. Using layoffs as cost savings. They have now created the perfect storm, there's no riding out this one.
