For being in Williston the Pay is good especially compared to their neighbors (keep this up don't falter) Training and Cross Training available Medical Insurance (though expensive) is extremely nice when needed Leadership team seems to listen and follow through occasionally Celebration of birthdays for each month Quarterly company meetings to keep everyone in the loop Their 26 Fundamentals (strive to be the best you can be) Clean and semi-professional shop floor Friendly work environment, laid back, and good people Safety is pretty well maintained ANCORP has a lot going for it, this company has great potential with todays technology evolving

Medical Insurance is expensive but when you need it, its there Leadership communication lacks when comes between those on the floor and the powers at be The maintenance team seems to be spread thin yet they do an amazing job regardless The ANCORP WAY seems to be one-sided at times Lay-offs (they try their best not to do so which says a lot)

Benefits are great and 4 days a week

Leader's don't lead and very little preventive maintenance has been performed on equipment.
