Anyone good enough to find another job is gone or in the process of leaving. And they all look so happy when they quit. Attrition will take a toll as these positions are put on hold. CEO doesn't believe anyone is working to capacity. How would she know? She's too busy traveling to raise her national profile. Tells staff to do one thing, leaves for a week, then returns, finds fault with everything and says that she didn't ask for things to be done that way. Board needs to open their eyes. AOA will be nothing more than a shell group of certifying boards until that last DO retires from practice or passes.
