Very bad environment. Immature people. Immature management. Micromanagement. People go to HR for small things and the actions also taken for those silly things. For eg : Leave the desk for 15 minutes, the colleagues go and complaint and the HR will take the action. Management treat employees like slaves. Employees do not have right to even laugh, talk, have lunch , have breakfast with their wish etc.
