Terrible management and owners
Antiquated products and servixes and ideas and concepts
No professionalism i.e. Management and owners yelling and berating or harassing employees in front of others.....
No job security/Betond a turnover mill....
No very open mind and tolerant company it has a "good ole boy club " feel to it....
Toxic work environment /employee morale is non existent....
Impossible to succeed at the job you are hired in for ... this company sets people up for failure because they do not provide the necessary and basic tools for the employees to truly be successful...
Walking on eggshells at this place
They watch and hear everything you do no matter where you are they have screen imaging apps so they see every message you type at least they did back then....I am sure nothing has changed....
They will fire you for any reason or no reason at all mores emphasis on the latter....
I dreaded every single day I had to come to work there and the cubicle buddies were minions for the owners and would report things back to them again another example of the toxic environment
