nothing significant, however, sometimes remote gets to you and so having offline team meetings would be good

Were flexible enough to get away with taking days off even though hired as casual, but expected full time hours. 2 days off but separated. Nah not good enough no wonder you had 15 staff off in one day. One needs 2 days off so they can feel that they have been away from the place; to recharge their batteries; to be able to do outside of work things; to rest; to want to go back...

1. Management unapproachable; uninterested; unhelpful just plain "leave me alone & we will leave you alone"; rude - uhmm when you walk pass someone who is obviously in the way you say excuse me or a hello....staff there not all but most did you know it is rude to stare; how about saying hello with that staring otherwise rude. 2. TL whose, initial starts with A needs to get some team leader skills - if you can't be bothered leading hello - hence Leader, then either leave the position or the job for someone who does want to lead by example. You're sitting there & pointing in 3 different directions whilst saying go do this n that, bloody unprofessional. Soon learned not to approach you when the others came in & you just wanted to talk & laugh. TL allowed inappropriate talk from one male colleague. Not once did you pull him in with his inappropriate connotations; his mucking around becoming a nuisance to others who were on the phone. 3, 4 weeks training - what training? Should have been at least 2 weeks class based to learn policies & procedures; 1 week buddying on computers & then 1 week with help... 4. It was a two-bit, job not worthy of your effort or attention 5, If you can find other employment do so because this one will have you regretting it.

I believe there are areas that need improvement, such as increasing automation in various tasks instead of relying on manual processes. and benefits reviews should occur within specific deadlines for the employees to understand and make an idea when they are up to it rather than make up a date by their own .
