Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you've had such a negative experience working with us. When teachers leave the company, we always make time to hear your concerns and work to improve all aspects of the business on this basis. The feedback we receive is very encouraging, with some fair and constructive feedback about how we could improve. In fact, this is one of the reasons that we are constantly working with the curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of parents, students, and teachers alike. The general reactions from teachers to the most recent changes have been overwhelmingly positive, so we were surprised to hear some of the things mentioned here. Probation and subsequent dismissal in particular follow a very specific standard and are taken when a teacher persistently fails in his or her duties in line with the contract s/he signed, repeated reminders, and formal warnings. It is not something taken lightly. APAX enjoys continual growth across the country, so we know that the implemented changes are working for Vietnamese parents and students alike. The ability to successfully cater to the educational demands of our customers is something we're very glad to be able to do, without resting on our laurels. APAX is pleased to be able to offer paid holiday throughout the term of the teacher's contract, in line with Vietnamese national holidays, to celebrate in the host country with respect and gratitude on their days and periods of pride. Teachers who get involved in the culture here, for example by learning the Vietnamese language, thrive immensely and take something away from their time in Vietnam while giving back to the community. We are delighted to hear about the many connections forged between foreign teachers and Vietnamese staff, with the latter often inviting the former to dine at their homes; an exceptional experience to be treasured. By overcoming cultural challenges and working well with Vietnamese staff on a daily basis within the centres are these positive bonds created. The ability to flow with the tide of business and successfully adapt to changes with an open-minded mindset serves one well in any professional capacity, and not just APAX, or in the ESL industry. With that in mind, we always ask candidates whether they believe they would be a good fit for the company, the industry, and the country itself. We listen to and work with candidates on the basis of their answers. As such, it's crucial that anyone considering working with us take the time to look within themselves to establish if they could work well here.
