Zero work ethics. Overtime/Out of working hours with no real compensation. Nepotism. Greedy Management. Constant lying to clients to get projects. Company only cares about managment and higher-up people. Employees who actually get the job done by working crazy hours are replaceable too. More than 20 % turnover of employees last year. 20 % this year already.
