Historically interesting projects Some incredible colleagues

Poor management over time led to a recent mass exodus after buy out with more wanting to hand in their notice as management are not listening/acting to staff feedback. Non-technical staff placed to lead teams that expect lower grade staff to teach team heads basics in field. High stress and low work-life balance. Limited opportunity to grow your career (I.e. promotions, conference attendance, external/internal training).

Some nice colleagues, before most of them decided to leave

Fixated on squeezing out every penny for the shareholders, with no concern for employees. Some genuinely nasty people in upper management
