      Vantaggi

      Flexible works hours. At one time a great group of team players. Ample parking and nearby fast food restaurants for lunch. The immediate surrounding area good for stress walking.

      Executive management almost impossible to work with. Company lunches before lay offs. Meetings were always held on off hours. Projects were never completed in a timely manner due to last-minute changes by the CEO

      Wrong team running the company, Very secretive on where the future of the company is going. This is a 1 brain company(CTO) and no other technical opinions are regarded much. Engineers are paralyzed because the are afraid of being yelled at from showing initiative. Morale is very low and military funding is almost dried out. More is expected if they meet their deadlines but those are always missed and postponed so no $$$ coming in.
