Awesome Soho office with good vibes, music plays all day. You are given a rope and if you are driven and motivated you can make something really good out of it. If you are just looking for something to do and don't have a sales drive, you won't last. You are given all the opportunities to make a lot of money every month though. You create your own leads and are sent leads by the office on a daily basis. The turn over on these apartments is quick, so you can often make 4/5 commissions off of the same apartment per year.
All the employees are very friendly with each other and often hang out after work. The atmosphere in the office is great.
The company itself is aiming to become the largest furnished real estate brokerage in NY. They may already have the largest inventory, but not positive. But they are determined to expand and grow which is great for an agent like myself.

Have to be self driven or you wont be successful. Coasting wont work here lol.
